Ingredients
(Serves 4)
2 avocadoes, cut in half
4 bocconcini
4 basil leaves
4 sage leaves
3 sprigs thyme, stalk removed
4 long rashers bacon
Splash extra virgin olive oil
Method
Stuff the avo with the herbs and cheese, wrap with bacon.
Drizzle over with extra virgin olive oil.
Bake in a preheated oven at 230°C for 8-10 minutes.
