Ingredients
(Serves 6)
3 ripe bananas
2 tbsp honey
200g chocolate buttons
100g smooth ricotta
50g butter
100g plain flour
50g caster sugar
Thick custard
Method
Roughly chop bananas, then mix together with the honey, chocolate and ricotta.
Using your fingers rub the butter flour and sugar until a sandy textured crumble is achieved.
Spoon the banana/chocolate mixture into ramekins and top with crumble mix.
Place into oven tray and half fill with water then bake at 190°C for about 20 minutes.
Then place under a hot grill for about 5 minutes or until the top is crispy.
Serve with custard.
