Ingredients
(Serves 1)
1½ bananas, sliced
17 blueberries
4 tbsp vanilla yoghurt
2 dollops double thick cream
100g frozen mixed berries
Handful of spearmint/mint, some chopped to go into sundae, keep some leaves to garnish
Method
Layer alternately the ingredients into a decorative sundae glass until full and garnish with spearmint leaves.
