Ingredients
(Makes 10)
300g minced beef
300g minced pork
6 spring onions, finely chopped
½ tsp paprika
2 tbsp pizza sauce
1 cup grated cheese
½ cup curly parsley, chopped
¼ cup breadcrumbs
100ml organic soy sauce
Method
In a large mixing bowl, combine the spring onions, pizza paste, paprika, mince, parsley and breadcrumbs.
Mould the mince mixture into the palm of your hand. Place some grated cheese in the centre, then cover with more mince mixture and firmly press to seal in the cheese.
Place on a hot grill plate for 8- 10 minutes on each side.
Enjoy char grilled rissoles dipped in organic soy sauce.
