Ingredients
(Makes approx. 250g)
3 red chillies, roughly chopped
3 green chillies, roughly chopped
2 cloves of garlic, roughly chopped
6 spring onions, roughly chopped
Splash of white balsamic vinegar
Splash extra virgin olive oil
Grind of salt & pepper
Handful of coriander leaves
Method
Blend together the chillies, garlic, spring onions, coriander, salt and pepper and white balsamic vinegar until a paste is formed. (Small chunks are fine.)
Place into a jar and top with olive oil.
Keeps for approximately 2 weeks.
