Ingredients
(Makes approx 15-20)
250g unsalted butter
¼ cup caster sugar
2 cups of flour
½ tsp baking powder
3 drops vanilla essence
100g melted chocolate
Method
Cream together the butter and caster sugar until fluffy.
Toss in the flour, baking powder and vanilla essence and mix till combined.
Place spoonfuls of mixture onto a lined baking tray.
Bake in a preheated oven at 170°C for 15-20 minutes.
Allow to cool and then drizzle over with melted chocolate.
