Ingredients
(Serves 4)
3 tubs (120g) Always Fresh Antipasto to Go, Continental Mix
300-400g self raising flour
Extra virgin olive oil
Salt and pepper
Method
Empty the entire contents of the “Antipasto to Go” into a large mixing bowl.
Pour in 300g of flour and stir until combined. If you find the dough too wet, add another 100g of flour.
Splash extra virgin olive oil into a roasting tray, and then pour the damper dough in. Flatten out the damper to about 4cm thickness, season with freshly ground salt and pepper, and dust lightly with extra flour.
Place into a wood-fired oven at 350°C for 10-15 minutes
