Ingredients
4 slices medium cut ham off the bone
500g minced beef
½ brown onion, finely chopped
2 tsp crushed garlic
2 tbsp salt reduced tomato paste
½ tsp curry powder
Salt & pepper
Canola oil spray
Method
In a large bowl, combine the mince, onion, salt & pepper, garlic, tomato paste and curry powder then mix well until smooth.
Lay down a long sheet of aluminium foil (60cm), then place a sheet of baking paper over (45cm) and spray with canola oil, then lay down 4 slices of ham with the edges overlapping.
Spread the mince mixture over two thirds of the ham then roll up like a Swiss roll.
Roll the baking paper into a bon-bon shape then roll with alfoil and crimp the edges. Place onto an oven tray with a splash of water to cover the bottom.
Bake at 200°C for 25-30 minutes, slice and serve.
