Ingredients
(Serves 2)
4 slices prosciutto
8 cubes of Bega Bar B Cube cheese
8 medium sized button mushrooms
½ bunch of chives
Metal skewers
Method
Remove the stalks from the mushrooms and stuff with a couple of chives and a cube of cheese.
Thread 2 mushrooms onto each skewer with the prosciutto, then BBQ on flat plate for 5-10 minutes or until the prosciutto is crispy.
