Ingredients
1 ‘T’ bone steak
2 rashers of bacon finely chopped
1 clove of garlic finely chopped
2 sprigs of parsley finely chopped
1 tsp. Dijon mustard
Splash of brandy
Splash of Worcester sauce
50 ml. beef stock
50 ml. pure cream
Method
Heat a pan until very hot then seal your steak for 2 minutes each side, then remove from pan and rest.
In the same pan fry the bacon and garlic then pour in the brandy and allow to flame,
Add the mustard, Worcester, stock and cream and boil for 1 minute.
Return the steak (and any juices) to the sauce and cook for another minute, sprinkle in the parsley just before serving
