Baked Ham & Scalloped PotatoIngredients (Serves 6) 1kg leg ham, sliced chunky
Method Pour the milk into a saucepan and bring to a gentle simmer. Use some of this milk to whisk into the flour to make a runny slurry. Add the butter to the milk and stir through. In a large casserole dish, line with slices of ham. Layer with potato and onion, followed by a layer of cheese. Continue layering, then lightly press all the ingredients down. Stir the parsley through the white sauce and pour over the ham and scallop bake.
