Choc Filo Fruit BasketIngredients (Makes 8) ½ cup drinking chocolate Method Lay one sheet of filo pastry onto your bench and brush with melted butter, sprinkle with a generous amount of drinking chocolate and a small amount of sugar. Lay down a second sheet of filo and repeat until the process (repeat until all 4 sheets are done.) Cut into 8 squares. Place cut pastry into a muffin tray and bake at 200°C for 8-10 minutes. Chop all of the fruit and toss together with passionfruit. Fill the chocolate filo basket with fruit salad and serve immediately with a generous blob of cream.
