Frontignac Peaches

Ingredients

(Serves 4)

4 peaches, skin on
50ml Frontignac wine/ Muscat
100ml coconut cream
1½ tbsp honey
Vanilla yoghurt

 

Method

Place the frontignac, honey and coconut cream into a baking tray. Place the whole peaches in the tray.

Place into a wood fired oven at @360°C for 7-9 minutes.

Serve whole peach with a generous drizzle of the frontignac/ coconut syrup and a spoonful of lovely vanilla yoghurt.
