BBQ Fruit ParcelsIngredients(Serves 4-6) MethodHeat a non stick pan, pour in the sugar, break off a 2 cm piece of cinnamon and add to the pan with the vanilla pod, water, lemon & lime zest and allow to bubble to a nice syrup then set aside for later. In a large bowl squeeze the lemon and lime juice over the quartered apples to stop them browning. Lay down 1, 20cm piece of alfoil and top with a 15cm piece of baking paper. Mash the 2 bananas with 2 tbsp of syrup then mix into the mascarpone until all combined. Place the wrapped fruit parcel onto a flat BBQ plate for 5-10 minutes (or into a hot oven @ 200°C for 5-10 minutes) | ![]() |
