Gammo Steak with Apple & Potato RostiIngredients (Serves 1) 1 Gypsy ham steak (approx 2cm thick) Method Drizzle the ham steak with oil and season with salt and pepper. Place onto a hot grill plate. Grill for approx. 5 minutes on each side. In a mixing bowl, combine the potato, apple, egg, salt, pepper and thyme leaves. Toss the silverbeet, snow peas, zucchini and garlic together in a hot pan with a splash of water and grind of salt and pepper until heated.
