Hot Chocolate DumplingsIngredients (Serves 6-8) 200g dark cooking chocolate Method Melt the chocolate over a double boiler. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs and treacle. Slowly whisk in the flour and baking powder, then combine with the melted dark chocolate. Into the lightly simmering milk, place spoonfuls of the chocolate mixture. (These will expand and fill the pan.) Continue to simmer for 15-20 minutes with a lid on and then serve with the milky chocolate syrup. | ![]() |
