Hot Chocolate

Ingredients

(Serves4)
100ml double cream
300ml milk
20g dark couveture chocolate
2 heaped tbsp drinking chocolate
5 marshmallows

Method

Pour the milk, cream, chocolate and drinking chocolate into a saucepan and bring to a gentle simmer, whisking continually for 5-7 minutes, until it starts to thicken (do not allow to boil!) then serve in a large mug with a couple of marshmallows.
