Mini Tuna Patties

  • 2 x185g tins of tuna in spring water
  • 4 spring onions, finely chopped
  • 2 eggs
  • ½ cup of breadcrumbs
  • ¼ cup of chopped dill
  • Dash of olive oil

Mix together all ingredients and form into mini Patties, place in the fridge for 1 hour to firm up.

Place on a lined baking tray, drizzle with olive oil and bake at 200C for 10-15 minutes, serve with dipping sauce.

Dipping sauce

  • 100g sour cream 
  • 1 roasted capsicum

Blend together to form a smooth sauce
