30 Second Roast Chicken

1 chicken
2 onions peeled and roughly sliced
2 carrots peeled and roughly sliced
½ a clove of garlic
Salt and pepper
½ tsp smoked paprika
1 tbsp olive oil
1-2 litres of water


Place the onions, garlic and carrot into the bottom of your oven tray.
Place the chicken on top and smear with olive oil, then sprinkle over the paprika and salt and pepper.
Pour the water into the pan (not onto the chicken, you will wash off the spice)
Cover the whole tray with foil
Set the oven to 120°c and roast for 4-5 hours
