12 fresh oysters in shells
6 strips prosciutto, torn in halves
Freshly shaved parmesan
Pickled seaweed
Kewpie mayonnaise


Remove the oysters from shells and place each one at the end of the prosciutto strips. Layer with caviar, a little seaweed and a sprinkling of parmesan.
Roll up, pierce with a toothpick to secure, pop back in the shells, drizzle with mayo and a touch more caviar.
