Cranberry and Maple Pork Ribs

4 medium racks baby back ribs
300 ml cranberry juice
60 ml maple syrup
3 cloves garlic
Salt and pepper


Preheat oven to 240°C.

Into a frying pan, add the ribs, cranberry juice, maple syrup, garlic and a good sprinkle of salt and pepper. Pop on a lid and simmer for 15 – 20 mins.

Once simmered, place the ribs and pan juices/glaze into a baking tray and cook in the oven for 30 mins. Turn half way through. Once cooked, pop onto a platter, cover with glaze and serve.
