100g rice flour
100g arrowroot
100g plain flour
½ tsp yeast
½ tsp salt
½ tsp sugar
200ml warm water


Sift together the flour, arrowroot then add the yeast, salt and sugar until all combined then pour in the water gradually while mixing until dough is formed, set aside for 2 hours to prove.
