Easy Roast Potatoes

Ingredients

500g peeled potatoes cut into ¼
2 tbsp. olive oil
Salt and pepper
½ tsp. smoked paprika

Method

Toss the potatoes together with the olive oil, paprika and salt and pepper.
 
Place into an ovenproof dish and bake at 250°c for 30-45 minutes until crispy and golden.
