Honey Fired Chilli Chicken

4 spring onions finely chopped
1 red chili finely chopped
2 tbsp honey
2 tbsp ketchup manis
2 chicken breast cut into strips
Flour, egg, breadcrumbs
Oil for frying


Mix together the spring onion, chilli, honey and ketchup manis, then stir through the chicken and allow to marinate for about 1 hour
Remove the chicken from the marinate then pass through the flour egg and breadcrumbs.
Deep fry until crispy and golden.
Take the remaining marinate, add some water and pour into a pan, bring to a boil and serve with the chicken.
