King Crab Stuffed Zucchini

100 g crab meat
4 zucchini
2 sprigs dill, roughly chopped
3 tbsp. mayonnaise
100 g cream cheese


With an apple corer or knife, remove the zucchini flesh and discard. In a pot of boiling water, blanch the zucchini until slightly soft.

In a blender, mix together the crab, cream cheese, mayonnaise and dill. Spoon the mixture into a piping bag, fill the zucchini and serve.
