Peach Crumble

250g unsalted butter, cubed
1 tin peaches
100g raw brown sugar
200g plain flour


In a large mixing bowl rub together the butter, half the sugar and flour until a rough breadcrumb texture is achieved
Place the drained peaches into your baking dish then sprinkle over the crumble mix (do not compress) then sprinkle over the remaining sugar.
Bake @ 200oC for 30 minutes or until crisp and golden on top.
Serve with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
