Piel De Sapo Salad

8 pappadums
Vegetable oil


½ Piel de sapo melon, seeds removed, roughly chopped
1 cos lettuce, roughly chopped
½ continental cucumber, roughly sliced
½ red onion, roughly chopped
5 radish, halved
100 g fetta cheese, crumbled
¼ tsp. sea salt flakes
2 tbsp. extra virgin olive oil


Toss together all the salad ingredients. In a deep pot of vegetable oil, fry the pappadums until crispy. Spoon the salad into the pappadums and serve.
