Raspberry Granola Tarts

4 tbsp plain yoghurt

125 g raspberries

2 tbsp raspberry jam

2 eggs, whisked

300 g granola mix


Preheat oven to 210 °C.

Mix together the egg and granola mixture. Fill muffin cases with the mixture and bake for 5 – 7 mins or so.

Mix together the yoghurt and jam. Fill each tart, scatter over the raspberries and serve.
