Ingredients

1 small slice of eye fillet steak (25g)
1 small slice of bacon
1 pacific oyster (still in its whole shell)
A few small leaves of tarragon
1 cube of good quality un-salted butter,

Method

Cut a slit into your pacific oyster, place the small piece of steak, bacon and tarragon leaves inside and pop the oyster back into the deep part of the shell.
 
Place one cube of butter on top then place on the lid of the oyster shell
 
Cook the oyster in the oven or on a BBQ with a lid for 10 minutes then serve.
