2 beef eye fillet steaks, sliced horizontally
1 egg, beaten
2 cups semolina
½ tsp. dried mixed herbs
Extra virgin olive oil


In a bowl, add the herbs and egg. Coat the beef pieces in the egg mixture and semolina, then shallow-fry in a deep pan in a generous amount of oil until golden.
