400 g beef mince
1 spring onion, finely chopped
2 red chilli, finely chopped
1 shallot, finely chopped
1 tsp. five spice
2 tbsp. honey
2 tbsp. sweet soy sauce
½ red capsicum, finely sliced
½ green capsicum, finely sliced
10 green beans, roughly chopped
1 spring onion, roughly chopped
150 g bean sprouts
Extra virgin olive oil (for frying)
Preheat oven to 230°C.
To make the balls, in a bowl mix together the beef ball ingredients. Mould into balls and pop into a baking dish. Add a splash of water and cook in the oven for 15 – 20 mins.
In a hot pan with a good splash of oil, cook all the stir fry ingredients and serve with the beef balls.
