Veal and Mushroom Dumplings

200g veal mince
1 brown onion, finely chopped
1 long red chilli, finely chopped
1 tsp crushed garlic
100g button mushroom, finely chopped
1 tsp. grated lemon zest
½ tsp ground white pepper
50ml soy sauce


Mix together the veal, mushroom, lemon zest, onion, garlic, chilli, pepper and soy sauce until all combined.
Roll out 5cm circles of dough, fill with a heaped teaspoon of mix then seal together with a pinch then steam for 5-10 minutes, serve with dipping sauces of your choice.
