Asian Braised Pork

1kg whole pork belly
50ml Kikkoman Roast Garlic Marinade
50ml Kikkoman Sesame Ginger and Soy
1 tsp fennel seeds
1 tbsp chilli oil
½ tsp chilli paste
250ml water


1. Place pork belly in a roasting tray skin side down and pour in 100ml of water, then pour over all marinade ingredients.

2. Cover with foil and roast at 200C for 1 hours.

3. Remove foil after 1 hour and flip the pork to skin side up, sprinkle with sea salt, add another 150ml of water and return to oven for a further 30 minutes.
