BBQ Pork Spare Ribs

2 pork belly slices per serve
1 large metal skewer
tomato capsicum and chilli sauce


1. Thread the pork belly onto your skewer, remember to push from side to side, not just straight up the middle as the pork can come off the skewer.

2. Place onto the grill section of your barbeque and cook each side ONCE for 5-8 minutes, when just done baste with sauce and grill each side for another 2 minutes

3. Serve
