Beef and Potato Bake

500g of minced beef
1 cup of shredded basil
1 cup of chopped flat leaf parsley
2 cloves of garlic
1 Spanish onion
1 tsp of ground cinnamon
Dash of Worcestershire sauce
2 kg of washed potatoes (sliced thin)
2 tsp of Vegeta mixed with 500ml of waters
200g of grated cheddar


Combine mince, herbs, garlic, onion, cinnamon and Worcestershire sauce in a bowl and mix.

Alternately layer mince and potato in a baking dish until half full, then add half the cheese and continue layering until baking dish is full.

Pour over the stock and sprinkle the top with cheese.

Bake at 200-220 for about 30-40 minutes.
