1 onion chopped
1 carrot chopped
1 stick celery chopped
500g mince beef
50ml milk
1kg potatoes
100g butter
1ltr mixed Vegeta Stock
Worcestershire sauce
2 bay leaves
1 glass red wine


1. Peel and chop potatoes, just cover with cold water, bring to boil. Add salt then simmer for 30 minutes, drain well, mash, add butter, milk and salt and pepper.

2. Fry the mince until all separated and starting to brown, splash the red wine and Worcester sauce into the mince and reduce.

3. Add veggies, stock powder and water into the pan, bring to the boil and simmer for 1 hour.

4. Place in a baking dish and top with the mashed potatoes. Slide under a hot grill for 15 minutes or until golden brown.
