1 jar Always Fresh Fire Roasted Red Pepper Strips
100g mayonnaise
100g cream cheese

1 jar Always Fresh Marinated Mushrooms
1tbsp natural yoghurt
50ml thickened cream

1 tinAlways Fresh Flat Fillet Anchovies
½ bunch parsley, chopped
½ a lemon

Always Fresh Grissini to serve


1. Place the drained red peppers into your blender and pulse until smooth, then add the cream cheese and mayonnaise then blend until smooth.

2. Place the marinated mushrooms into the blender and pulse until smooth.
Then add the yogurt and cream, stir through.

3. Chop the anchovies, squeeze the lemon and mix through with the chopped parsley
