Honey Ginger Steamed Pork

1 kg pork loin chops
½ knob fresh ginger, julienne
3 tbsp honey
50ml white balsamic vinegar
2tbsp Parmesan oil
1tsp Always Fresh Minced garlic
½ red capsicum, thinly sliced
½ green capsicum, thinly sliced
250g egg noodles


1. Combine the ginger, honey, vinegar, Parmesan oil and minced garlic then baste onto your loin chops and refrigerate for at least one hour.

2. Bring a large pot of water to a vigorous boil then drop in the egg noodles, cook as per packet instructions. Place the capsicums in to blanche then remove from the water
