Mexican Quick Fry

200g stir fry beef
3 mushrooms
3 spring onions
Chilli oil
Fire roasted capsicums
1 cup of basmati rice
chopped garlic chives


Add chilli oil to a large pan and heat. Sear mushrooms and spring onions.

Add beef and sear for 2 minutes. Add fire roasted capsicums and fry for a further 3-5 minutes or until beef is cooked and capsicums are heated through.

Serve on steamed basmati rice with garlic chives as a garnish.
