Scallop Potatoes

Ingredients

2kg large potatoes peeled and finely sliced
1 tsp crushed garlic
600ml thickened cream
1 brown onion finely sliced
½ tsp Vegeta stock
25g unsalted butter

Method

1. Grease a baking tray with the butter and combine all ingredients together. Place in an oven pre-heated to 180 degrees for 45-50 minutes.
