Asparagus Stuffed Chicken Breast

(Serves 4)
2 chicken breast fillets
6 Always Fresh Marinated Crisp Asparagus
80g Always Fresh Semi Dried Tomatoes, roughly chopped
8 Bega Tasty BB Cubes
150g flour
1 egg
150g breadcrumbs
Canola Spray


Bash the chicken breasts out until flat.
Place half of the asparagus, semi dried tomatoes and cheese cubes onto each fillet and roll up.
Pass through the flour, egg and breadcrumbs.
Spray canola oil onto an oven tray and then line with baking paper. Place the crumbed fillets on the lined tray and spray all over.
Bake at 200°C for 15-20 minutes.
