Banana & Semolina Pancakes

(Serves 2)
3 eggs
200g semolina
125g unsalted butter (melted)
2 tbsp. caster sugar
½ tsp. baking powder
200 ml. milk
2 bananas


In a large bowl combine the eggs, semolina, butter, caster sugar, baking powder and milk and whisk to a smooth batter.
Slice the bananas and add to the batter.
Pre heat a pancake/non stick pan and pour in enough batter to cover the whole pan, cook until bubbles start to appear (3-5 minutes) then flip over and cook the other side.
Serve with strawberries and custard.
