(Serves 6-8)
250g minced beef
1 egg
1 tsp chilli flakes
1 tsp minced garlic
½ bunch basil leaves, finely chopped
½ Spanish onion, finely chopped
Baby fennel fingers, finely chopped
1 tbsp chopped fennel fronds
250g minced lamb
1 small brown onion, chopped finely
10 capers
½-1 tsp paprika
1 tsp minced garlic
1 egg


For each cevapicci, combine all ingredients into separate bowls and massage together.
Wet your hands and form into “sausage” shapes.

Line a baking tray with baking paper then line up the Cevapicci’s then bake at 220°C for 10-12 minutes.

Serve with your choice of sauce, I like spicy tomato.
