Chicken Wing & Pumpkin Soup

Ingredients

(Serves 4)

1kg chicken wings
1 butternut pumpkin, chopped into chunks (approx. 4cm)
1 litre chicken stock
500ml water

Method

Into a pot, place the chicken wings, stock, pumpkin and the water.
Bring to the boil and simmer for 1 hour.
Remove the chicken wings from the pot. Remove all the chicken meat from the bones and place back into the soup.
Blend with Mr Buzzy until smooth.
Salt and pepper to taste.
