Chocolate Macadamia Muffins

(Makes 10)
100g milk cooking chocolate
250g self raising flour
4 eggs
50g chocolate buttons
1 tsp baking powder
100g caster sugar
4 drops vanilla essence
50g macadamia nuts
150g sour cream


Cream together the eggs, vanilla essence and sugar until light and fluffy.
Mix through the sour cream and baking powder.
Melt the chocolate over a double boiler.
Sprinkle the flour into the egg mixture until combined, then stir through the macadamia nuts, chocolate buttons and melted chocolate.
Pour into muffin tray and bake in a preheated oven at 195°C for 20-25 minutes.
