Cocktail Meatballs

(Serves 4)

400g minced beef
2 small salad onions, roughly chopped
1 cup basil leaves
½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
10 semi-dried tomatoes
2 cloves of garlic
2 drops of chilli sauce
Splash of extra virgin olive oil

DIP (Mix together)
½ cup mayonnaise
½ tsp mustard powder


In a blender, toss in the tomatoes, onions, garlic and basil. Blend until combined.

Drizzle in extra virgin olive oil, add the
Parmesan, chilli sauce and minced beef and blend until smooth and combined.

With wet hands, roll mixture into bite sized balls.

Placed onto a lined baking tray and bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for 15 minutes.

Serve with dipping sauce.
