Grilled Honey & Soy Pork Fillet with Warm Slaw

(Serves 2)
300g pork fillet
100ml Kikkoman Honey and Soy Marinade
½ fennel bulb, outer leaves removed, thinly sliced
2 tbsp walnuts
¼ baby cabbage, finely shredded
1 carrot, shredded
½ Spanish onion, finely sliced
7 Always Fresh Baby Cucumbers (cornichons), finely chopped
50ml Always Fresh Baby Cucumber (vinegar from the jar)
2 sprigs marjoram, stalk removed
Splash extra virgin olive oil


Marinate the pork fillet in the honey and soy marinade for about 30 minutes.
Heat a grill plate. Once red hot, grill the pork fillet for about 5-6 minutes on each side. Remove and allow to rest for a minute.
Heat a separate frying pan with a splash of extra virgin olive oil. Slide in all the vegies, the marjoram and the cornichon vinegar. Stir together for 2 minutes, allowing the vegies to soften and warm through.
Slice the pork fillet and serve with warm slaw.
