Smooth Pork Rolls

Ingredients

(Makes 6)
500g scotch fillet of pork
1 fennel bulb
1 dried red chilli
1 Spanish onion
½ tsp paprika
Salt and pepper
1 egg
Handful of breadcrumbs
3 sheets of puff pastry
Egg wash

Method

Roughly chop the pork, fennel, chilli, and onion then blend in batches to a smooth paste consistency, then stir in the paprika, salt and pepper, egg and breadcrumbs.
Cut the puff pastry sheets in half.
Evenly distribute the mixture along the length of the pastry sheets. Brush with egg wash, then simply roll and crimp together. Brush the rolls with egg wash.
Place on a lined baking tray and bake at 200°c for 20-25 minutes.
Serve with your choice of dipping sauce.
