Snow Pea Salsa

Ingredients

(Serves 4-6)
20 snow peas, julienne
¼ bulb fennel, julienne (core removed)
1 garlic clove, finely sliced
1 tsp Dijon mustard
6-8 capers
1 tsp caper vinegar
1 tbsp olive oil

Method

Combine all of the above ingredients in a mixing bowl by massaging together.
