Tomato Roasted Chicken

(Serves 4-6)
600g chicken legs
600g chicken wings
50g mixed olives
100g balsamic marinated pickled onions
3 cloves garlic
425g tinned tomatoes
1 litre chicken stock


Combine all ingredients in an ovenproof casserole dish.
Place on to a flame and simmer with a lid on for about ½ an hour.
Then slide into an oven set to 200°C for 40-45 minutes.
